Water issues
We’ve been staying at this location for several years because of its location. Through several ownership changes, ups and down, this last stay proved irritating because they were having problems with the water heater...we had no hot water first night, some the next morning, and non later. They did apologize and gave us a complimentary next stay this coming month.

Once the remodling is finished
We stayed here during a hiatus...about 2.5 weeks. The hotel was undergoing a lot of work and housekeeping was not up to snuff. I would not have paid the regular amount, but got a reduced rate. Management was very good and everyone apologized. The internet was out a few evenings and the front desk didn’t really know what was happening. Overall, everyone tried their best during this transition time. Staff was very pleasant even if they couldn’t solve things. PS The restaurant was understaffed the whole time we were there. One morning I left without eating and twice we had to wait a considerable amount of time to get service. The food was good and the waitresses were very polite.

Room 1: Not Cleaned; Room 2: no towels, and 50 yards from a RR, where Whistles blew All Night Long
The title says it all. Our first room had not been cleaned by 3:30 p.m. After waiting thirty minutes for housekeeping, we asked for another room. We got one. This one had no towels, as my wife found out after her shower. Room #2 was located 50 yds. from a RR track, and at least four night-time trains came through at intervals, vigorously blowing their whistles. We were promised a full refund through Expedia by the Front Desk. No evidence yet that this has happened....

OK location, dirty pool.
The location was OK but the pool had lots of bugs in it during our stay.

Don’t stay here
When we arrived the motel had changed ownership and now required a non-refundable pet deposit that they did not tell us about until after check in. Room had trash in trash can when we arrived, not all lights worked, wireless internet didn’t work and was very dusty. Pool had glass in it. Tub didn’t drain and there was no hot water. They allowed people not staying at the hotel to swim which is where the broken glass came from. Zero security.

nice stay
Hotel was nice should have lit signs to help find it. The trains do go by at night. If you are a light sleeper you might go somewhere else. It didnt bother me or the other members of our party.

Go to Roasty’s for breakfast. The food is great and the prices are real reasonable

I stayed there back in November and it was pretty nice I guess I was lucky didn’t hear the trains.....Will Be back soon

Pleasantly surprised
My nephew is from Greeley and he was concerned that the hotel would be mediocre. I was pleasantly surprised. It was in good condition and was a good value.

Under new ownership, growing pains
This hotel used to be a Best Western but is undergoing an ownership change. All the signs were covered and there was absolutely no lighting or anything to indicate it was a hotel. The restaurant was closed even though our booking said it inclulded a continental breakfast. The bathrooms were very run down and the toilet didn’t work. We asked for a different room and they did accommodate us, but not before asking many questions like we were at fault. No apologies for anything - just poor service all around. The phone didn’t even work in the room, but we finally figured out it wasn’t plugged into the outlet, which was pushed back inside the wall. Not great, but used to be one of the better hotels in Greeley. They need to get up to speed quickly.

It was fine
The room was clean, the buffet breakfast was good, the trains running at night were a bit hard to get used to, but the price was reasonable.

Good Place to stay
Had a good trip at this Motel in Greeley , Co Very good breakfast that came with the room. Would stay here again. There is a lot of walking as our room was at the end of a long hall.

Easy to find - location near to restaraunts, shopping, etc
Hotel was easy to find and conveinent to restaraunts and other stores. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
