Lovely people, excellent stay!!
The hotel is so conveniently located. It is just a 5 minute walk to the Blue Mosque. The people from the hotel were lovely and accommodating. The room was clean, well maintained and the building was adorable. Breakfast included was well done and served atop a neighboring hotel where there was a lovely view of both the water and the Blue Mosque. Would absolutely stay there again.

Hippodrome is a very good hotel.
very nice hotel, clean and very friendly staff. Breakfast is also excellent. It is also 5mins away from the Blue mosque, hagia sophia and topkappi palace. Very near the train station and a lot of good restaurants in the neighborhood. I have no complains

Good location
The Hippodrome was a short walk from The Blue Mosque, Aya Sophia, the tram, and many other popular sights. The continental breakfast was very good, there was a nice spread and the views were excellent. (Blue Mosque on one side, the Bosphorous on the other.) The room was clean and well maintained. The only problem was the construction going on next to the hotel so it could be a bit noisy. Maybe try to get a room in the front of the hotel.
