Dubai Renaissance Hotel
The hotel is very good. All the other important things are fine. Only Issue: There was a denial about the breakfast, even though my confirmation said breakfast was included. Later, they confirmed with some sources and we were allowed for breakfast, but still its useless commotion. My son also had the same problem with the hotel when he last stayed here a few months back. Otherwise, its an excellent hotel.

Most Comfortable Bed
The Renaissance Dubai Hotel is one of my favorite hotels in Dubai U.A.E. The driver who picks me up at the airport is always prompt and helpful. The staff is always friendly and really treat me as a valued guest. My last visit I flew in from Morocco and arrived in Dubai very early in the morning. I was tired and when I checked in and went to my room the bed was the most comfortable bed that I had slept in. I am usually an early riser, not this time I staid in bed and did not get up until the early afternoon. When I got dressed I went down stairs and visited Harry’s Bar for a great tasting hamburger and fries. The menu is always full of great tasting sandwiches and drinks. That evening I went to the Spice Island restaurant buffet. Great selection of exotic dishes to choose from and great service.

My third stay at this hotel in the past year.
I have stayed at this hotel 3 times in the past year both on business and for a long weekend. Evey time I have been pleased. Especially to be recomemned are the Club Level 6th floor rooms, which include free continental breakfasts, coffee and snacks all day, free computer use and WiFi in the Club Lounge, plus drinks and snacks frm 6:30-8:30. For the UAE, this is a good value and a clean and convenient location and not far form the airport.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Take the free hotel van to City Center where you can board the Blue Line and Red Line hop on and off city bus tours which enables you to see a lot of Dubai in one day.

Very Impressive
Very beautiful hotel with amazing resturants. The bar was a bit small, and overpriced. The room’s, even the Club Rooms, were a bit small, but extremely comfortable. Personel very friendly. Would definatly go back.

Wonderful Experience
I would surely want to go back to this hotel as i liked the hotel itself a lot.its beautiful as well as comfortable alongwith a very courteous and helpful staff.the only drawback that this hotel has is its not really located in the heart of the city(as mentioned in its map on the internet).u have to have a car to take u to places which are actually the city center,or rely on the cabs available which in my case,i had to.i think the heart of dubai is actually ’bur dubai’ area and not deira.besides that everything else was perfect.loved the discount i got for booking through EXPEDIA.i even extended my stay for 2 more days n got the same rates.so i am a happy camper :)
this hotel is surely a very family friendly hotel as i saw a lot of kids running up n down...but v quiet once you r inside your room...but i would advise u to eat out as the restaurants inside the hotel are a bit too pricey.

Quite good deal and satisfied
It was standard of 5 star hotel. Not impressed, but considering high price of other hotels, it was good. I will recommend this hotel to others.

living in renaissance hotel is exciting
the hotel is very beautiful but problem is constructions on street by goverment. road is norrow because of the constructions. the best thing in that hotel is the resturant and it is not 5 star only but that resturant is 100 stars. especially the sea food and the indian cook of that sea food

This one is OK
This is one of the older 5 stars in town from the looks of it. It’s a decent place to stay. The staff was helpful. It was clean. Everything worked.

Nice place!!
Other than a bed that was a bit too soft, the hotel was great. Staff was very, very friendly and the restaurants and bars in the hotel were great! The only drawback is that the hotel is in the older city, where traffic jams up a bit. The hotel is far enough from the old markets that you cannot walk, but close enough that taxis hate to pick you up for such a short ride in traffic.
