Great location and Service
The hotel was great! The people were really nice. It is in a great distance from everything! Would love to go stay there again.

fine hotel
We stayed for 2 days from Sep 18. It is 10-15 min away by car from niagara falls. Rooms were clean and management was friendly. Didn’t want to spend too much money, so it was a decent hotel for the price and will stay again. I have stayed at couple of best western inns and overall I have found them good options if i m looking for economical rooms. There is free shuttle from hotel to niagara falls and back but it takes arnd 40 mins as it is shared by all the hotels on that road.

Niagara faals is a very beautiful place and enjoyed the stay immensely esp cave of wind and maid of mist.. awesome experience. There is free shuttle from hotel to niagara falls and back but it takes arnd 40 mins as it is shared by all the hotels on that road. Also we used the parking at casino hotel, as it was free and it is only 5 min away from niagara falls and saved parking fees there.

Not Impressed with this Best Western
I realize that the Best Western brand is not considered much above budget grade as far as motels go. I have stayed in a lot of them and they are generally clean and a good value for the price. This one is substandard. The room is dingy, the carpets are stained / dirty, and the work desk is very small. Rooms have wired and wireless internet though the wireless connection is weak in most places. The fitness center is a joke - vinyl pads on equipment are cracked and repaired with duct tape. The equipment is late night infomercial and there are no free weights. It closes early in the evening. The pool and dry sauna are okay. The continental breakfast is good and the tables are clean. Parking is not well laid out so you can have a long haul to your room - there is no elevator in the building so you get to drag your suit case up the cramped stairwell. A bright spot is the staff are generally friendly and courteous though most of the cleaning staff speak no or very little English. I would not stay here again.

The motel is on Niagara Falls Boulevard so it is close but not walking distance to many types of facilities.

afer traveling 4.5 hrs, it was a welcome home.
We totally enjoyed our vacation at Niagara Falls and this motel was like a welcome home. It had everything we needed, clean, an indoor pool and games for the kids, breakfast & coffee when we awakened. I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat. Thank you

It was out a little ways from our destination, but close enough for convenience. The price was right and it was the best.

Comfort at a good price
Some of the older reviews gave me pause when booking, but it seemed this motel had done some updates and the great deal through Expedia was the final lure. We had a comfortable, clean room (two doubles) and were well-positioned to drive to Niagara Falls. What we didn’t know is that the motel provides free shuttle tickets to the NY side. A plus! The facilities were just fine. One older lobby smelled musty but that was en route to our fresh room, which had comfortable bedding and all that we needed. Some have complained online about breakfast, but this spread was better than many (I appreciate hord-boiled eggs and fruit, even if I would like stronger coffee). Front-desk staff were friendly and efficient. No problems with our stay!
Traveler's tip on local attractions
The one restaurant we hoped to try on the NYS side was closed on a Monday. Downtown Niagara Falls NY was just dead; if there were places to dine, they hid them well. We zipped over to the Ontario side and should have gone directly to the major center to park and dine with a falls view (in the end, this would have been cheaper/better than driving around the congested tourist area). We did have yummy desserts there, with a lovely staff who seated us with a nice view and made us fresh coffee

Nice Hotel At Niagara Falls
We had a good experience at the Best Western Summit Inn. Check In/Check out was a breeze. The rooms were clean overall. Rooms need some maintenance.Short drive to the Falls. Will stay here again.

Excellent
The front desk sevice was really awesome. They gave a map of niagara and all the spots. The room was also great and breakfast was also good. Thanks and definitely I will recommend and also stay again.

It was nice, comfortable, roomy, not a 5 star but nice!
Very comfortable, my husband children and I enjoyed our stay. Not a 5 star, but we weren’t expecting that. Breakfast wasn’t the greatest, but the selection was nice.

Not to far from many shopping destinations. The kids were extremely pleased with this.
