Courtesy and professionalism was outstanding!
The level of service far exceeded my expectations. The front desk managers were extremely polite and courteous. They went out of their way to accomodate us. They were all cheerful and friendly. It really made an impression on me. As far as the comfort of the rooms, I could only rate it a 4 out of 5 simply because the bed pillows were not very comfortable because they were too firm and fluffy and propped my neck up too high. They gave me a stiff neck. Other than that, I would go back for another stay in a second, and I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

The only problems were the pillows
That sounds funny to say, but that was the only negative; the pillows were huge and consequently uncomfortable to both of us. Otherwise? Everything was nice. The rooms were large, there were two sinks (one in bathroom and one outside), the staff members were all very helpful and there is ample parking. There is a small ’business’ room with computer and printer and also a continental breakfast. I’d stay there again - I would just bring my favorite pillow.
Traveler's tip on dining
Two nice surprises: There is a Ponderosa steak/buffet right next door and on Saturday mornings (during the season), there is a farmer’s market set up next to the steak house.
