A complimentary English breakfast featuring eggs, orange-cinnamon French toast, and banana-macadamia pancakes is provided each morning. A complimentary afternoon tea, including freshly baked scones and cakes with homemade jam, is also served daily. Terrace Restaurant - The restaurant features innovative Caribbean-inspired cuisine that focuses on local delicacies, fresh seafood, and produce from the plantation’s own garden, as well as homemade scones, sorbets, jams, cakes, and ice creams. Diners on the garden veranda enjoy sweeping views of Charlestown and St. Kitts. Pre-dinner cocktails and canapés are served in the Great Room of the old sugar plantation, filled with 18th century antiques and paintings. The Mill – Built from hand-cut local stone in the 17th century, this former sugar mill is transformed into an intimate dining venue, which accommodates up to 12 people for a prix fixe candlelight dinner. Quarter Deck - Overlooking the mosiac-tiled swimming pool, this casual venue serves a wide selection of lunch items, as well as cocktails, snacks, and desserts. |

This inn features a 60-foot mosaic-tiled pool, tennis court (with complimentary use of racquets and balls), and complimentary transportation to its two-acre private beach, outfitted with sun shelters and a pavilion with tables and benches for barbecue lunches.
