GOOD THINGS: AWESOME pool...the best ever! Amazing food at the resturant facing the ocean! Big pool towels Great activities at the pool. Like free back massages, learn to make guacamole & drinks! BAD THINGS: The beds were the WORST I have ever slept on in any hotel EVER! The "cashier" ran out of money. We were there 4 days after a hurricane and it took longer than we were there to get the kiddie pool up and running. Of course there is nothing the hotel can do about the dreaded "sales people" and them begging for you to buy their things.
ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS tell the pulmonia’s what price you want to pay BEFORE getting in. We got taken the first few days!

One of the problems I had is that during a rain storm water started pouring from the windows and began to flood the bedroom.

These criticism constructive/ not, is used as a tool of accountability and allows the hotel to be in a proactive mode. Concerned about this we have ongoing renovations that address the cosmetic appeal of the hotel. Fortunately enough we try to focus on the intangible, the quality service that we practice daily. We can influence positively the experience that is created daily by our associates. El Cid El Moro continues to deliver quality guest service to all its guests. We never want a guest to leave our hotel feeling like their vacation was disrupted. We encourage our guests to call for the manager on duty (M.O.D.) whenever an issue arises. We are here to serve you and to anticipate your every anticipated need.

Awsome hotel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
El Cid Moro was perfect. We enjoyed our big suite room, very spacious, 2 bathrooms, 3 beds, balcony with view of the ocean and pool. The staff was somewhat friendly. The girl at the Front Desk didnt explain anything. The time share people were a bit annoying. The restaurants were very good. The 3 pools were awsome as well as the beach just below it. Transportation was cheap. Business center was very helpfull and affordable. The shops next to the hotel were very expensive. Room service was a bit expensive. Overall i would definetly recommend this hotel to others. Its perfect for families. We would definetly go back.
