I think in overall the Hotel is nice... unfortunatly doesn’t have internet for free but is ok.. About the service, has a guy Raje ( sorry don’t remember the name ) in the lobby it’s a very nice guy.... everybody should know him!

This hotel is in the middle of KL Bukit Bintang, was absolutely amazing! Ranjit at the Concierge desk was an absolute champion! One of a kind! The service was great, staff were helpful and having stayed elsewhere I would not be going anywhere else! Have already planned my next trip!
