You get what you pay for.
Your expectations should not be high when you book at one of the cheapest, if not the cheapest, motel in the area. If you are disappointed, it is your mistake. My one real complaint is that they don’t deliver the breakfast they advertise, i.e. they say they have four cereals, they only have two, they list two grades of milk, they have one. With low rates, you expect less, but at least deliver what you advertise.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
If you don’t mind a low-budget hotel, this is a great way to save compared to the Mooresville area hotels - and only 20 minutes away.

Hotel need total renovation.
This hotel need to be totally renovated, cleaned and repainted. There were stains on the sheets and nothing was in good condition. Never stayed at a hotel below 2 stars and never will again. This was a case of you get what you pay for. Continental breakfast should not even be considered, go next door to Waffle House.

not impressed
people friendly,room very old and outdated,not enough linnens for amount of people staying,but given more upon request. Room could have been a little bit larger.
