Good palce for the money.
The beds were not very comfortable and the one of the walls looked like someone had splashed coffee on it and the maid never washed it off. The bathroom was always clean and neat and the beds made every day. OK location, not to far from airport, Bunratty Castle and an easy walk to Dirty Nellies. Worth what we paid.

Very uncomfortable and overpriced
When we went to our room it was not clean, there was only a fitted sheet on the bed and it was like sleeping on a box spring. There was no heat in the room and throughout the night there were people screaming in the halls and open and slamming their doors. The hotel did not to keep to control the noise and we got no sleep the night before a very long flight home. The next morning when asked about breakfast they acted as if it was complimentary but ending up charging us at check out. It seriously was a few small breakfast items and we would have been better off buying breakfast at a gas station. No matter how close it is to the airport this place it not worth booking.

WORST HOTEL EVER
For my first trip to Ireland, all I wanted was a clean room and a warm bed. This hotel had neither. From the outside and even in the lobby, it looks like an ok place. But beware - the rooms are not kept up at all. There were cobwebs on the walls and ceilings, spiders in the bath tub, no heat, and no extra blankets. The one blanket I did get was paper thin, as were the pillows. I had to use my shirt as a pillow case and slept in my clothes to stay warm. The reception desk offered no consolation for lacking the basic necessities that separates a hotel from a barn. Needless to say, one night was enough. I checked out very early and ate the cost for the next night since I had booked it in advance. Bottom line - I wouldnt stay here again if my life depended on it. Plan your trip in advance and really do your research to find the best place. I would highly recommend staying in Killarney. For just a little bit extra you can find a much, much better hotel there. I stayed in the Killarney Plaza Hotel and it was Heaven!
