The just-right hotel...comfortable and deluxe
Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Though we tipped often, it was optional so the staff was not overbearing in trying to earn one. We liked that it was small enough to seem comfortable but had all the ammenities and services of a larger hotel. The included breakfast buffet was the best part...great service and delicious food! The restaurants and pub were fine...and nice to have as a convenient option. We were disappointed that the pool was not open. The lobby was a little overdone as the reviews point out but the rooms were nice. Will definitely book again!
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
Better to walk out and then grab a cab...or book a car service yourself rather than have the hotle do it for you to save a little.

A nice hotel
This is a nice, well-located hotel in Nariman Point, with decent in-house restaurants. A short walking distance to most of the attractions in the area but not overly touristy. Staff was solicitous and well-informed although I kept receiving different definitions for "late checkout".

very poor overall quality even though it is rated four star hotel. The staff is very incompetent, don’t accomodate the customers nor, have a knowlegde regarding the basic questions that would be asked by a normal foreign traveler. I would not greatly recommand this hotel.

Decent value for money
The hotel upgraded us to a suite with a stunning view of the Bay, even if partial. The service was efficient. The only downside is that the room service food was nothing great. Nonetheless, great value for money in a stunning location, both for the view and the convenience.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Ask for sea-facing rooms. At about 5 pm, head next door to the Dome at the Inter Continental for one of the most stunning sunset bars you’ll ever see. Book in advance though.

A solid small boutique hotel with great service.
Great for watching the sunsets. Kind and helpful staff. Excellent Chinese restaurant. Reasonable rates.

Traffic is very bad at all times of day , plan for extra time in transits.

hotel is good as fara as the sea view rooms excellent view and the rooms are comfortable service is good reception is very polite and the hotel is neat and i recommend to families and business visitors

Very nice authentic palce
The hotel is very comfortable and it was a real pleasure to stay there. Every day compliments were a really nice addition to an excellent service. The rooms a big and clear. I would recommend staying there for those who prefer comfortable and slightly authentic places. Good for business and for leasure. Close to the centre.

Beautiful views of Arabian sea, but make sure you request a room with a view! Excellent hotel--great location.
