Doesn’t live up to its potential

staff was generally nice but the policy towards over-charging guests for EVERYTHING is ridiculous. There is a lot more potential to this hotel including the quality of the rooms, up-keep, service, etc. It is a beautiful space but ownership/management hasn’t taken advantage of it.
