Worst support of front desk
When I checked in this hotel,person at front desk mentioned that you will charge for internet although my booking plan via Expedia include "free internet and breakfast". I asked to her to make sure my plan, and she said "OK". However I could not receive answer and then I called to front desk again. Another person said that your plan include "free internet" . So I used it, however when I checked out, person at front desk tried to charge internet fee. I explained background, however customer’s situation has not been taking over between staff at front desk. Also she tried to charge "water fee" although it was "welcome service water " and there was tag of "complimentary". I complained and I tried to go back to my room to bring this tag. Finally she said that it is not necessary for you to go back your room. I had worst service beyond my experience. Never come back again !

PROS: Good accomodations, convenient location, nice ameneties CONS: As with most hotels, food prices were high

Transportation to the Munich Airport
My main concern is that we booked this hotel so we would be close to the Munich airport. We had a 6:30 flight, so we knew that we would have to be there early. Not only is it a looong drive to the airport from there, the shuttle for two is as expensive as a taxicab ride. We were stunned to learn that we had to pay for a shuttle from a Marriott Hotel to the airport. Other than that, the hotel was great and we loved the little town of Friesling.
