will not stay there again

the motel was very "cheap".The bed was hard and flat. The bathroom had no counter or shelf to put your toiletries on. There was no tub and the shower water ran onto the floor each time used. The soap was old and crumbled when you tried to use it. The in house coffee was very weak and non brand. There was inadequate creamer. The motel allowed pets. The breakfast was terrible Poor quality overall

Dollywood,especiallt the Kingdon Heirs show.Great!

Thin Walls

The hotel was great, clean, roomy, etc. The only issue I had was the constant noise. When someone tapped on the neighbors door it sounded like they were tapping on mine and every slightly raised voice and laugh was heard through the walls.

Bare essentials.

A place to sleep and take a shower. The breakfast buffet was next to the washer and dryer on our floor. The pool area was dirty. The hallways were hot and stuffy. Not enough parking. Only one elevator for the whole hotel. The only plus to this place was that it was off the highway a few hundred yards. And they allow pets.

No BANG for the buck

This hotel was nice in that it was conveinently located close to the outlet mall and many attractions. Our room was a decent size and pretty clean, but not well maintained. It had several areas where the walls had been patched and were a different color of paint and there was not much water pressure in the shower. I thought for the price it could have been better. The room was pretty comfortable so I would say it’s ok for short trips as long as you are not taking someone to try to impress them.

Super good room for the money!!!

The room was super cheap and it was a great room for the price. The continental breakfast wasn’t the greatest, the area was small and really crowded. But I didn’t get the room for the breakfast!! I would definately recommend this hotel...it was cheap and clean!!

Traveler's tip on dining

We ate at the Woodgrill buffet, it was cheap and there was alot of food!! Steaks, shrimp, salad bar, dessert bar, and a lot more!

I’ll be back

For the price we got a great room with a microwave, a refridgerator and a comfortable bed. It was a perfect location for our activities. The hotel clerk was very helpful and polite. He saved us money on show tickets and informed us about the shows and what was out there.

Very good value

very basic but clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable & I liked the separate sitting area. I am a single female business traveler and I felt very safe in this motel. My only complaint the first time I stayed here was that when you got off the elevator on the second floor the smoke smell was awful! My room didn’t smell, though. The next time I stayed here they put me on a totally smoke-free floor when I told them.

Great Location

For the price offered this was a decent Hotel. When we arrived in the room, there were no batteries in the remote for the TV But, a trip down to the front desk and that was fixed. The room was actually nicer then I thought it would be! The Continital Breakfast left a Lot to be desired,But since we had planned on Breakfast out. It didn’t affect us But, we couldn’t even get any juice. There was no one around to even look after the breakfast area either from what we could tell. But, even with that I still would recommend this Hotel for the Price we paid.

Traveler's tip on local attractions

This Hotel is situated right in the Middle of everything. But, They all are too.

would consider again

Hotel was what I expected for the money. The beds could have been more comfortable, and the room a little larger. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fine and abundant. Would consider another stay

Traveler's tip on local attractions

very close to attractions. But was somewhat difficult getting out of driveway because of traffic. You have to go down a way sometimes in order to turn around and go into Pigeon Forge.

Liked layout of room; annoyed about location

Room was somewhat larger than expected, with an interesting layout that worked well for us. Two probably queen-size beds separated by a counter area with a sink, with microwave and cupboards, and counter-height fridge. Room also had a window seat that grandson slept on first night, instead of his usual blow-up mattress. Juice at breakfast not good, but a much better selection of food than I had expected. Main annoyance was the location -- it’s on the "north" end of town on the right side headed to Sevierville, which made it awkward to get across three lanes of traffic to make a U-turn to go back to main part of Pigeon Forge (and Dollywood) and Gatlinburg. I had picked it partly because it claims to be "Music Road" (which is really a couple of "blocks" back on the other side, which makes it easy to get out and head to the main attractions). There’s a nonstandard "Music Road" sign stuck in the road near the motel. Also, my mini-laptop was unable to connect with their wifi. Pool is tiny. But overall it was fine for our short stay.

Piegeon Forge Microtel

Pet friendly, and good location. The breakfast is okay; nothing hot beyond biscuits & gravy, packaged waffles, and oatmeal/grits; no meat or eggs. Would stay again.

Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks

Lots of hotels with kitchens, or at least micros and refrigerators, not listed online. Do your homework and find other bargains. Lots of places have been renovated in the area. Book as early as possible to get the gas card; we still are waiting for ours.

Room was OK

Our room was small, but clean and had a tiny but functional kitchen. The only thing missing was a large easy chair that my wife would have liked. If we return to the area, we may stay there again.

too much Smoke stink in hallways and rooms.

1) It stank of smoke so much that my nose started bleeding after one night. 2) The hallways were the worst. 3) Quite some bugs in the hotel room. 4) Did not give extra blankets.

Traveler's tip

spend another 20 dollars per night and get a proper hotel room. This is not worth it.

Impressed

I really liked the layout of the room. It was very spacious. The bed was very uncomfortable. My husband and I woke up every morning with a backache but then again theres no bed like your own. I was impressed with the breakfast. It was filling and it also helped to save a little money by eating breakfast at the hotel. The location of the hotel to me was centrally located. There is entertainment and restaruants all around. I would consider staying again but I like to try out different places.

Very Pet Friendly

Very pet friendly hotel. There was a mother cat & three kittens in the lobby when we arrived. I instantly felt at home when I saw them, as I have five of my own. The desk clerk was very cordial telling us about all of the amenities offered at the hotel, offered us chocolate and I loved the welcome packet! They also have smoking and non-smoking rooms available. Our room had two queen beds, a sofa sleeper, two bathroom sinks with mirrors, a fridge, microwave, kitchen cabinets with its own sink and a coffeemaker. Very pleased with our stay.

Traveler's tip on local attractions

Wonderworks, Tony Roma’s, BlackBear Jamboree and The Miracle Theatre are right across the street. There is also a Krystal at the entrance of the hotel if your looking for a quick snack.

Would stay again

Continential breakfast was very lean on what they offered each morning. No fruit, yogart, donuts. Toaster waffels, oatmeal packets, and bagels were offered along with premix sausage gravy and good biscits.

Traveler's tip on recreational activities

Enjoyed all the sights and dinner out and shopping
