Expected better.
The hotel was further than expected from London, and the shuttle bus to and from the train station was NOT complimentary. Also, the latest bus for pick-up was at 9:50, not a good time for Friday or Saturday nights. The hallway on our floor had what appeared to be large, unmovable planters - but were left unplanted. They were filled with gray pebbles, and resembled huge litter boxes for extremely large cats. Very unsightly and unwelcoming. Silk plants would be a wise investment!! And why only one outlet in the bathroom - and limit it exclusively for a man’s electric shaver? We ladies have electric things to use, too!! That said, it looks like a great place for weddings, the pool area was quite nice, staff bright and helpful, restaurant nice and beautiful lobby.

Enjoyed our one night stay
We stayed here on our way back from a lengthy trip and were to fly out of Gatwick the next day. We found the hotel to be lovely with a pleasant helpful staff. It was a hot June day and there was no air conditioning (stiffling hot) in the bar or restaurant so we did not eat there. The closest restaurant was a bit of a walk but not too bad. A fan in the room was a welcome addition.

Okay if you are not looking to use hot tub, steam room etc,
All in all a nice place to stay but we were a little disapointed that we could not use all of the leisure facilities.
