Great place to stay
We had a studio room with a view over the harbour. It was clean and well appointed, beds were very comfortable, and had good kitchenette facilities. Service desk personnel were very helpful. Indian Restaurant in mall was a winner for dinner. Hotel can be a little difficult to access with the remodelling of the building, and almost impossible to access after 5.30 pm unless one is very fit to climb the Plimmer stairs and enter through the car park. Otherwise a 4 out of 5.

Good deal for downtown location
I thought the hotel was a good bargain, except for the $20 parking fee. It was less than a five minute walk from the cable car. Plenty of shopping nearby.

Lovely hotel - great location
My daughter and I stayed here two nights and absolutely loved the place. Hotel nearing completion of multi million dollar renovation - rooms were well laid out, wonderful shower, beds like pillow tops. Location within walking distance of everything! Staff very helpful and extremely friendly. Highly recommend this hotel.
