Love it!
The hotel staff was very receptive and explained us all tourist information. The hotel is clean,confortable and well located. The breakfast is amazing but very expensive and not included. I really enjoyed the hotel. I recommend.

Friendly Staff Speaks Fine English
We were happy with the room size and cleanliness and the friendly hotel staff. The hotel reminded me of a Holiday Inn for business travelers, only in Germany.
Traveler's tip on recreational activities
Rent a bicycle from the hotel and sightsee in Trier. The cost is about $20 USD and includes a bicycle lock. We had no trouble bicycling all over town and some nearby wineries.

Somewhat nice
This is a nice hotel but without air conditioning and with windows that difficult to open. At 35C it was terrible.
