Enjoyed the facility. Great location for rest and relaxation. Spa services were great! Encourage charging to your room. VAT taxes charged on services.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel
Its a beautiful property, the room was always clean, the staff were very helpful and sweet, the spa was gorgeous had an amazing time there with my wife the food and restaurants were really great and tasty.

Phuket Zoo, the big boudah, temple, big view and there you can go for elephant trecking and patong night life.

Great place for relaxing in Phuket
We were not disappointed. The buildings are very dated on the outside, but the nice interior, gorgeous landscaping and proximity to the beach more than made up for it. Our room was in the Lotus Wing and was a lovely room overlooking the ocean for a very low price. The beach, (Karon) was peaceful, pretty and perfect for swimming. But we did go mid April. It might not be as peaceful in high season.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
NW Phuket had isolated, dramatic beaches. Karon beach was central but quiet and pretty. Patong, Kata & Phuket City were far too commercial & crowded (in low season!) Simba Sea trips was delightful. Tiny group, no crowds, boating to Phang Nga’s unique islands & beaches. Since Phuket is flooded with Burmese refugees & Tsunami orphans, we also looked up a relief group & brought $ for food. Getting connected w/people helping in Phuket & seeing gorgeous Phang Nga were trip highlights.

Great place to stay
Everything is great about this hotel except one thing -- there are flies in the restaurants. We ate breakfast buffet at Sail and there were many flies over the food. We also ate at Thai Thai and there were still some flies. Other than this, this is a great resort to stay at.

Can’t wait to go back
Hotel amenities were fantastic. Would definately re-visit. Pools and grounds are amazing and well-kept. The garden pool is one of the bests pools at the Hilton Resort because of its waterfall, slides and central location within the hotel. Excellent resort!
Traveler's tip on dining
Dining is one of the greatest experience in Phuket. Walk to the local markets at either side of the hotel and you’ll find delicious, cheap food. Make sure to drink water from bottles only.

This hotel was extraordinary. The staff was very accomodating and extremely humble. I would recommand this hotel to any one. It’s quite affortable too. I adore Thailand and Phuket is a sheer paradise.

Arcadia Hilton 4 night stay
The Hotel complex is very large yet quiet. They offer three different pools an are within a 1-2 minute walk away from a beautiful beach (have to cross the beach road - yet they provide a guard so it is safe for children). The beach has perfect sand and water yet too many sun tanning cots... but it is not crowded! I was there in February and it was perfect. Compared to Patong the sand and water is 1000 times better and the beach is empty. Hotel has putting green, tennis courts etc. downside:Breakfast was very standard for Asian 5 start, no flat screen TVS and Internet charge is a bit high. Hotel restaurants are good. walk right on the beach road for 2 min and there is a very nice restaurant street and a tourist market. Walk left for 5 min and there is a "bar-street" (Hello Mista..massageeee???). Other than that nothing around. Can take a taxi anytime... The BEach is just a dream.Would go there again. Overall nice Hotel but for Asia it just misses the 5 stars on my scale. Enjoy your Holiday. You will not regret choosing this Hotel

Eden Divers in Patong: Liveaboard Similan islands. It was by far the best diving I have ever experienced and a real multi national friendly and attentive crew!!! Manta Rays, sharks, ... best coral...

Wonderful resort
In the hotel, we spent our wonderful holiday in here. It leaves us good memories, because there are so many swimming pools in here , yummy breakfast buffet with different kinds of favour good, especially, we could sit in my room ’s balcony to watch the beautiful sunset. My kids also have a time in the hotel’s kids club. If we have chance to visit Phuket again, Hilton Phuket Arcadia resort & Spa is our first choice.
The kids club is very good. it suits for kids aged 0-10.

calm and well organized
Everything went well except the key lock. We could not open our door everytime we go to room and it created stress on us. The hotel management did not solve the problem. They only helped us everytime we call them but although they also saw that there is problem, they did not take action.

Great Visit. Excellent Bang for your buck
Great hotel. Excellent staff. Very clean and friendly environment. Only negative was that it was a little older than it looks in the pictures and that the beach across from the hotel was very nice but there was much nicer beaches on the Island. Overall for the price I was very satisfied.

eating at the Resort is pretty similar to USA Prices. However if venture into town you can get much better deals on both food and drinking.

Great services, average rooms
The grounds and facilities are impressive. The entire area is beautiful and smells of sweet flowers and fruits. The restaurants, spa, work out room and pools are all great. We went during the off season, so some restaurants were closed and things were a bit slow, but it was well worth it to avoid the large crowds. The only slight disappointment was that the room was not on par with the excellent quality of the hotel in general. It was a bit dingy with something leaking from the ceiling near the doorway. Not a huge problem, but a little bit below my expectations. Overall the price was good and the facilities were nice, so I would recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

Doesn’t get better than this
Honestly I can’t think of a single thing that wasn’t 100% perfect about our stay at this hotel. The entire staff was amazing. The location is ideal and everything that isn’t right there on site is only a taxi ride away.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
The hotel offers taxi service rentals.(3 hour minimum) which is the only way to travel. One English speaking driver that takes you from one destination to another and waits while you shop, eat or visit whatever attraction you want. An absolute MUST is the all day boat ride around the Phi Phi Islands. The snorkeling is to die for.
