Most comfortable bed!!

We booked this hotel last minute, got a good deal from expedia. We were right by I-40 to get in our car and just go to Nashville or wherever. We were about 10 minutes from the Grand Ole Opry and lots of shopping!! There are tons of places to eat by the hotel and felt relatively safe as two girls by ourselves. The breakfast had a lot of options and it was nice not to have to pay for another meal. I would for sure go back if i could and it was definitely worth it!

Nashville in October

Hotel employees were very friendly. We got into Nashville about 2am after driving all night and we were greeting by front desk staff who thoroughly explained everything and even said, "Hello, we have been expecting you!". Very helpful and resourceful with any questions we had. Continental breakfast was very good with waffles, bicuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, hot and cold cereal, yougurt and much more, something for everyone. Always fresh and plenty for all guests. Room service was great, always neatly made beds and plenty of towels. However, the only ,but biggest complaint I have is that parking was very limited. Several nights had to park at the gas station next door to the hotel because hotel lot was completely full. (more of a problem during the weekend, but still). Other than that, great hotel!! Very clean and friendly. Close to Grand Ole Opry and Opry Mills Dr. Close and easy access to the interstate to go whever needed. I would recommend this to a friend and I would stay again. Not great big and fancy, but very nice.

Enjoyable Stay

We were staying at the Country Inn and Suites because of its proximity to the airport. It was clean, comfortable, and overall an enjoyable stay. Great breakfast!

Very Nice but could use updating

Good value. Not as well maintained as other Country Inn and Suites we have stayed in but still a pleasant stay. We would stay again if in the area. Nice location to local attractions.

Nice hotel with a parking problem

We arrived at about 10 pm on a Friday night, had to wait in line while one desk clerk handled several problems and park at the gas station next door because all the hotel’s parking places were taken by people who, apparently, park there free and fly out of nearby Nashville airport. Once we did finally get to the room, it was nice and clean.

Great location

Close to the Airport and immediate interstate access made this location a real plus for our company’s visit. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. A better than average breakfast, too.

Almost Like Home

I will be making additional trips in coming months and will definately look forward to staying at this Comfort Inn location.

Value meets upgrades

This hotel was GREAT! It’s newly renovated, very comfortable beds and great bed linens! Plus, it’s close to everything. The staff was very friendly too.

Nice

The hotel was very clean and the workers were very friendly. The only draw back was we were flying out of the airport the next morning, a very early flight and they couldn’t take us to the airport.

very relaxing

The staff was very nice and welcoming, the rooms were very relaxing and if your looking for something really close and easy to get to from the airport, i don’t think you’ll find a better hotel.

A nice place to stay on our way through.

The back door was not working, so you had to walk around front every time to get in. The elevators were very slow, much quicker to take the stairs. The room has very comfortable as well as the bed. A nice breakfast was included in the mornings.

Are you Registered?

The hotel overall was good. It was a perfect location, the room was clean and the bathroom was newly remodled. Front desk was courtious and allowed us to check in a little early. When we returned to the room late on the second night, our key did not work. Front desk didn not have us registered, but gave us new keys. The room had not been cleaned. At 5:30 the next morning, an employee used a pass key, but our insid elock was on (they could have called the room). When we checked out, they were surprised. Evidently the first clerk didn not get us in the system, so the night manager marked us as a no show, enven though we were there 2 nights. We had prepaid thru Expedia, so everything was okay for us, so far. I have stayed here before and would still recommend it.

Good Place to stay

This was a great place to stay. We were only traveling through but it was easy to get to and the rooms were great!

Cold Shower

Literally. Woke up at 4:00 or so to catch a plane and pow. NO HOT WATER. I shivered and shook through my shower. Unfortunately, no breakfast until after my plane left also. Staff was nice enough but the room advertised as a suite and the hotel tried to stick me in a regular room. After calling Expedia, I got the suite with the massive billboard outside the windows.

Shipley’s donuts is not far away. And if you forgot toothpaste, don’t drive to Wal-Mart like I did, go to the Big K a block or two away.

great stay

Great location, very near to everything. Hotel had just undergone renovation. Very clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast and morning newspaper great perks. Would definitely stay there again on our next trip to Nashville.

Comfortable and Convenient

I had limited time to actually stay at the hotel, but had a good experience with exception of one issue. The room I was in had no hot water in the shower. There was hot water at the sink, but not the shower. Due to limited time frame, I just took very quick cold showers! As I didn’t notify desk clerk until checking out, I can’t complain. Breakfast was good and my bed was comfortable. My room was clean.

Good, quiet place to spend an evening

We were traveling to Ohio. This was a planned stop (@ half way). The hotel met our needs for accommodating us with a good night’s rest.

We would do it again

Hotel is a clean well run hotel. We found it convenient,5 to 15 min, to the places we wished to visit. Its not 5 star but then you are not paying 5 star prices. We would do it again..

Very Accomadating

We had to stay overnight at a hotel close to Nashville Airport. I picked the Country Inn and Suites after reading customer reviews and also the price. We were very happy with the accomadations, and the hotel was very accomadating for our 2 1/2 year old.
