Great 4-start hotel
We got the best deal on Expedia. The hotel is very nice, clean in very quit neighborhood. It might be a little far from the underground/bus station (about 300m 5 min walk). Nice lokal restaurants very close. Ku-damm with all you want in 4 short bus stops (5 min).
Traveler's tip on dining
To save money buy Berlin pass especially when you ther for 3 days and have 9.99EU all you can eat breakfast at Marche on Ku-damm just across the C&A and bus stop

Decent experience overall
Room was exceptionally clean and neat, but it was somewhat small. Lobby and common areas were kept in great condition and staff was friendly. Location of the property is perfect, only few hundred feet from two U Bahn stations. Hotel is located close the the heart of former West Berlin. Many buildings in the quiet neighborhood around the hotel survived WWII and if you like long morning walks sipping coffee and trying pastries from neighborhood bakeries it would a perfect spot for you. Neighborhood is very peaceful and tranquil, not much traffic or noise. However there is a school next door to the hotel and kids can get pretty loud during the day. I wasn’t in my room much during the day, so it wasn’t an issue.

Nice Stay
I had a quick but pleasant stay at this hotel. It has a very good location, close to a U-bahn station and also close to the Zoo. The room was very clean and confortable. Would stay again for sure.
