How Could this be a Hilton?
Took me 20 minutes to check-in. The Trainee at the Reception was so green that he didnt even know how to take an imprint of my credit card. How could the Front Desk Manager just leave him alone to handle guests. Once I got to my room, I was horrified to find that the shower gel and shampoo in the bath room were all half empty, left over from the last guests who had checked out. It took 20 minutes for Housekeeping to come. Even after they came back, they gave me another bottle which was half empty.

Cant wait to go back
Hilton Nairobi was an excellent stay. The staff was friendly and helpful while the rooms were clean an cozy. This hotel offers great views of Nairobi.
Traveler's tip on dining
Restaurants and diners abound near the Hilton. If you try walking down a block or so from the hotel then crossing the street, you will find eating places less crowded and get more for your money.
