Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Many people never left the hotel but we did bed and breakfast only and rented a car. We enjoyed the hotel and its restuarants very much but also got to see a lot of Mauritius and really enjoyed that as well.

Great experience
The Hotel has very good facilities, amenities. Though the bathrooms attached to the rooms are not in very good condition. The wood panelling under the counter was worn out. My friend and i were not given adjoining rooms, though it was a common reservation. The massage experience was quite horrifying, as the air conditioning was not working only in that one room. They said the other rooms were occupied. But I thought they should have informed about the air conditioning when taking the reservation.
Traveler's tip on recreational activities
The free water activities at Le Meridien only include water skiing, snorkeling and glass bottom boats for gazing at fish. The other things are highly priced. The outside free lancing agents selling various rides / water activities also seem to be conmen, so be careful, since they do not necessarily deliver what they promise.

Great place to stay- would stay there again :)
The place was great, beautiful view, huge TV, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. the pillows were a little uncomfortable. :)
