Old & tired
Outside landscaping looked like nobody cares which carries into the condition of the room. Rugs were puckered,furniture old and marked, couch had stains and burn hole, bathroom wallpaper starting to peel and floor tile grout was filthy. Glad I was only staying a single night. At checkout, not even a thanks for staying.

Will return on future visits.
No complaints with the hotel it’self.However the exterior grounds could do with a with a major upgrade. Hotel is setback from the street and not easily seen.
