Warm and bright
My room was bright and warm, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff helped me many times with a variety of things. The free wireless Internet service worked at all times, without any set up at all. The street noise was noticeable on Saturday night, but was muted enough not to keep me up. It was a bit of a walk to the tourist sites and museums, but very do-able. It was a fine stay and I’d stay there again.
Traveler's tip
If you are not familiar with Brussels, ask the staff to direct you to places to explore. Just like any other city, there are residential areas which may be best left to the locals, and the staff can help you figure out what places you may prefer to go walking, eating and shopping.

Served the Purpose
Excellent location to trains/metro and numerous choices in restuarants. Taxi service was inconsistent, but waited no longer than five minutes. Easy, quick check in/out from VERY attentive staff. No disappointments in room condition, beds/bedding, towels, or noise levels. Free WIFI/internet access was appreciated. Stayed two non-consecutive nights in same week.
