One-Night-Stay
We were very satisfied with the hotel. The check-in was a bit slow but the spacious room and overall comfort made-up for it. A big-plus is the location of the hotel, as well as the complimentary shuttle-service to the nearby airport.

Bad information about hotel shuttle
The the Novotel’s lady at the airport gave me a wrong information where to take the hotel shuttle. I was at the airport and she told me to wait for the shuttle below the Express Train station.

Fine Hotel, Mixed Customer Service
My room was very nice, clean and quiet. My check-in was uneventful, other than initially being given a room which was already occupied! The staff at the counter gave my colleague more trouble, though. They had lost his reservation and didn’t have any more rooms at that level. They didn’t want to give him a room at the next grade (an extra $50), so he had to pay for that. The next morning they sorted it out, though.
