Lovely sanctuary in London
Amazingly quiet and cool hotel in the midst of a heatwave in London. The hotel was full, yet we never heard the other guests. Excellent food. Location ideal. Will definitely go again and stay longer.
Perfect for a family of 5 with the two bedroom suite we had.

Would consider it again but needs some updating
Quaint hotel in good location but somewhat outdated on the electrical items, as some clocks and TV’s did not work. Kitchen not equipped unless you requested basic items. Very noisy during the day due to construction of a project next store. Clean hotel and very helpful staff.

Great London Location
Smack dab between Harrods (Knightsbridge tube stop) and the Sloan Square tube stop, location couldn’t have been any better. With 4 of us, we had a 2BR/1BA suite including a kitchenette which was much better (price and convenience) than having two separate hotel rooms, I can imagine it would be great for a family as well. The only issue we found was that the concierge services were quite up to American standards (not quite the urgency on all fronts compared to what we experience here).
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Although the concierge has an internet connection available, I would almost consider bringing my laptop to be able to have access to make my own arrangements/reservations, check train schedules, etc.
