5 star!
We were impressed with the Quality, the Price and the helpfulness of the staff. The Uber-continental breakfast was delicious and FRESH! Everything but eggs and meat, including home baked breads. We will definitely go back whenever we are in Santa Fe.
Go in the spring or fall when the temps are more agreeable, and don’t miss the Loretto Chapel (now a museum) home of the Miraculous Stairway

Thumbs down
For starters, the room wasn’t ready for check-in until a couple of hours following the check-in time and the staff was unapologetic. The room itself is not very comfortable and the bathroom is very outdated. I was afraid to take a shower. This hotel was very over priced...I suppose you are paying for the location (if you don’t mind walking 5 or so blocks to the plaza).

Will not stay here again
We were disappointed in the hotel...it did not reflect the website description. The "suites" are cramped in one area and the parking is awful...one evening we arrived at 9pm after dinner and had to park across from our hotel and down the street! It was a few long blocks from the center of Santa Fe and the hotel is not attractive at all. However, the staff was very helpful and the breakfast was great, But overall we would want to stay closer to town and better accommodations.
