Best Western Posada Ana Inn - Medical Center
I experienced extremely rude services from receptionist (female) Date April 24 @ 1 PM. I had some family in-town that week for a medical emergency. I called the hotel early on April 24 to check the time for checking in because family was arriving early midday. The receptionists at the hotel mentioned that I could possibly check in early but call first. I forgot to call the hotel so I showed up at the hotel with my guest at 1 PM. I introduced my self to the receptionist and mentioned I called early in regards to checking in early. The receptionist mentioned that she was the one on the phone earlier and her response (with a load tone) was "I told you to call first". I did not want to proceed and get into an argument at the time. As a customer I have never been greeted by a Hotel receptionist as I did on April 24. I would not recommend nor stay at this hotel in the near future.
