Nice and traditional venue
Comfortable and spacious hotel with good beds and great pillows. We stayed in a junior suite with a fold out couch for our daughter. The "Level" option is great: free breakfast and cocktails/appetizers in the evening. Along with free internet in their lobby.
don’t go on the London Dungeon tour (expensive and corny) stick with the Tower of London tour instead

Perfect London Location
This lovely hotel is located one block from the Regency Tube stop and walking distance of amazing restaurants on Charlotte Street. The hotel lounge had live music in the evening lending to the convenience of the location. The hotel staff was very attentive and helpful.
