1st time to Paris
We were impressed when we arrived. The Hotel is located down a secluded Villa. The elevator was entertaining since our luggage barely fit but at least there was one. The "California King" some reviewers mentioned was only 2 twin beds loosely pushed together. I fell through the middle several times. The night staff was VERY rude. We decided to take a short walk at 10:00 PM and the clerk acted annoyed at our presence. The shower was VERY small. I am not little by any stretch of the imagination but we had a petite girl friend with us that had difficulty. I wont talk about the mold growing on the shower floor. I would not stay there again unless I had no alternatives.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
A previous reviewer mentioned the local pastry shops. We ate at a small shop around the corner from the hotel and it was by far the best deal for any meal. Stay away from the restaurants around the hotel as they are VERY over priced.

I booked a room but when I got there they were full
This hotel is on the left bank, they had to taxi me to another hotel on the right bank a few miles away and then back the next morning because I’d already put my car into an overnight parking facility. And I had to force them to pay the fare. Not acceptable.

Nice quiet hotel
**Pros**- Rooms were clean and relatively bigger - In a nice quiet neigborhood - The front desk person was very friendly, helpful and english speaking - Eiffel tower is about 25 to 30 minutes walk - Has about 5 free parking spots, were lucky to get one. But you can also find street parking a little further away. **CONS** - Subway stations are still a longer walk away, and so is the eiffel tower (more than we expected) - Not many restaurants around - Probably too quite a neighborhood
