Good hotel friendly enough staff
The hotel staff was friendly and if you arrive on an early morning flight they are happy to store your baggage until your room is ready. The hotel is a very quick walk from the S/UBAN stop and two stops from the city center. Which can be walked in about 20 minutes. The room and bathroom were very clean. We had an apartment suite for three. It was good sized but the furniture and TV were quite worn. Even though we paid for three people only two towels were replaced. We called for more, told they would be delivered but they did not. Also the shower soap dispenser ran out and was not replaced. Even with these two things the location and price and cleanness would make us return to this hotel.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
You can purchase City Tour Card for one or up to five people for one or 3 days. It is a great deal, even for two people on a 5-person pass. Buy at the airport or any ticket vending machine. If you buy the one covering the entire network, buy at the airport S-Ban station and also use it as your ticket to the city center. Skip the hotel breakfast, you can eat much cheaper in the SBAN station or with the huge food court selection in the Central Train station.

Not 4 stars by any means
The Regent is in need of updates to the rooms. Although the room was comfortable and clean, it was showing it’s age. Worn out and broken carpet, furniture and fixtures. (everything was still usable) For the price I paid $60 for a double room it was worth it. If your truely looking for a 4 star experience, you will be very disappointed at the Regent. The location is excellant.
Traveler's tip
From the airport take the lufthansa bus to the train station. The hotel is across the street and up one block from the drop off point.

I will not go to this hotel again
Located in front of the main train station, the hotel is close to the main turist attractions. Service is overall ok, but unfortunatelly cleanliness of my room (in particular the bedhead...) was not in line with standard expectations. For this reason I will not go to this hotel again.
