Construction Abounding
There is construction all around, a little noisy early in the morning from it. Also the view to Temple Square is 85% blocked, and will soon be 98% blocked once the taller than this hotel buildings are finished. Once I thought a crane was coming right through our window...they must have it measured by the INCH not to hit our hotel. But the hotel really close to everything!

Consistent high quality comfort and service
Up to the excellent standards of comfort and convenience for Marriott, I expected it to be top quality and I was not disappointed. Good to know you can rely on something in these uncertain times. Excellent bedding, tech tools, and the most amazing quality flat screen tv I have ever experienced. First rate all the way.
Traveler's tip for business travelers
Downtown construction is in full swing right now, but this hotel’s services and access are not really affected by it. It’s the most convenient to the Salt Palace Convention Center, plus it has a Starbucks in the lobby.
