A tight squeeze & cold service
The hotel employees (esp. at the front desk) were pretty much in their own world. They just seemed cold & unapproachable & would not even give a kind greeting when I would come or go in the hotel. I found that very strange because Ive never encountered that cold indifference from hotel staff. The room itself was the worst part.. I booked a single twin because it was only me for a few days. The room looked like it was meant for a lil kid. Everything was tiny. The bed reached the wall so you literally had to climb over the bed to get to the other side of the room to use the telephone or open the window. The desk was tiny enough to fit only my laptop & I had to squeeze into the chair that barely pulled out because it would hit the bed; so most of the time I would have to pry out the chair & use the laptop standing because their only internet was by wire, not wi-fi. The absolute worst thing was the bathroom! When using the bathroom, youd find yourself with your legs halfway outside of the bathroom door. The shower was so tiny that I literally had to squeeze into it sideways & barely had room to bath; not to mention that the drain would clog & the bottom would fill up with water past your ankles after 2 minutes. The only thing really good about this hotel is the location; central, close to train & underground.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
If you know youre going to stay there for a few days & sightsee.. Buy a day ticket or week ticket for the tube(underground.) Youll save money & have the convenience of jumping on a bus or train at any time.

Liked the location
room too small for furniture in it. Windows too hard to open. When airconditioner not work not given a new room but maintenance men came every day for five days to work on it and each time the key had to be reset to get into the room in the evening and also had to put away all items that were mine for strangers to come and go to fix things. Breakfast too expensive.
