Dont stay at this place. Worn out, broken down........................
They are 2 hotels side by side............the Towers are on the beach and the resort hotel in the back. DO NOT STAY @ the Resort Hotel...............old, broken down rooms.............the New Towers are nice though..............so when booking thru expedia.............make sure only book at the towers.........................oh, also for a local call , they charge $ 1 / Min...................

Excellent Hotel
From the moment we arrived until we stepped into the car to go back to the airport everything was first class. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. A smile always there with any enquiry. Horizon Club service was terrific

But please note.......
there are actually 2 hotels here. when you think you are booking for just a better room..the much higher price is the newer hotel. Both are nice..the older one is dated but nice. nice quiet area, but still on the strip. I book here often because of the pools. nice for lap swimming....
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
make sure you give the bell boy your bags..there is no elvator in the older hotel and might need to walk up 3 flights of stirs with your bags.....not quite a vacation. not far from the night scene.

Stay in Late June 2009
The property was nice - two pools, a gym (though small) and a fairly big hotel lobby with comfortable couches. I noticed that the staff (check-in, in particular) was not as friendly as I usually encounter in the many other hotels I’ve stayed in Thailand. It was consistent for my 4 night stay. The room itself was worn - AC did not work properly and the remote for the TV worked only at its whim. As expected, prices were expensive at the hotel for drinks and food. It is located north of the central area though since the main area itself is relatively small, travelling around on the 10 baht car service made getting to a destination plenty easier. Breakfast buffet was included as part of room. Breakfast offerings remained unchanged during the week - nothing special but decent food.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
Try the many local fares around the area for dining. It’s the combination of atmosphere and cheap eats that was pleasant.

The towers are a 5 star rating in my opinion and are in a GREAT location. Staff if very friendly and very professional!

Nice PLace
It is a great hotel, with great grounds. The pools are great, and the staff as well. I would/will go again.

It’s decent...nothing amazing!
I was expecting more from this hotel but overall it was not a bad experience. The location is great since you aren’t too close to Walking Street, but you can still jump on a motor bike or baht truck and get there in a couple minutes. Rooms weren’t extravagant by any means...but if you’re looking for something reasonably priced, I’d say go for it!

Relaxing place to stay
Overall just a great place to stay. If I had to pick nits I would liked to have had free internet. But every hotel seems to charge so that’s hardly a knock against them.

The Mantra, which is on the hotel grounds, has great food. Pricey (by Thai standards), but worth it.

Year end party was good, but hotel facilities were poor
1.Our family had been willing to enjoy the expensive hotel services on the year end and new year. 2.But NHK(japanese TV) cannel was broken and not be maintenanced although We complained many times. A bathtub is at the back of the bed. between the washbowl and the bed. very poor! 3.We enjoyed Hotel’s New Year party because hotel employees were warmfully planning and enjoyful with hotel guest. 4.Hotel employees were very kindful especially Yamamoto-san(Japanese staff)

Trip to pattaya with kids is so hard and not recomended because of adulty surroundings outside of the hotel(Very clean and safety inside Hotel)
