Avoid
I would avoid booking this hotel. Only about half of the front desk staff is competent. Those that are are very nice and do their job very well. Unfortunately, their co-workers bring down their reputation. Our light was blown out for 3 days after multiple maintenance requests at the front desk. There was obviously sever lack of communication among the staff, and lack of prioritization of the guest. The room was small, but that was completely expected so I don’t find any fault with that. However there were cobwebs in the corners, and the room just felt unclean. Breakfast was VERY good, and the staff working there were also very good. But I wouldn’t say its enough to save the hotel experience.

Poor Hotel
This was advertised as 3 star-at best it is two star. The only things that were satisfactory were (1) the location,(2)it did provide free internet service (3) the bathroom was decent.The room was very small and uncomfortable;the carpet was threadbare and dirty.They shut the heat off at night.I certainly would not recommend this hotel.I should have smelled a rat when the London cab driver didn’t know it.

OK for the price
This was one of the cheapest London hotels I could find. Was in an old terraced house in Bayswater. Hotel was clean, staff were very friendly and helped arrange transport to airport when I left. Room was clean and everything worked but it was very small.
