Great residential neighborhood
I have stayed in this hotel on two separate occasions and have enjoyed both stays. While the hotel itself is quite basic, it is in a great location: it is very near a metro stop and is in the heart of a thriving residential area. There are all kinds of little shops to look into along with numerous patisseries, boulangeries, restaurants and chocolatiers. I will always return to this hotel whenever I visit Paris for this reason.
