Not impressed
I travelled to the radisson thinking it would be like the radissons around the world, but trust me, this one is not even a 3 star hotel. The lobby and pool are dirty; there is a really dodgy restaurant and a pizza hut downstrairs. The receptionist was also really rude and made us wait all the way till 4 PM to check us in so we had to wait for more than 5 hours in the lobby.

Barely to sleep in
We stayed at this hotel mainly as a place to sleep between going to Disney parks. I wouldn’t even recommend it for that purpose. Our room was barely cool, the sink pipes dripped on our feet, and it took three days to get any maid service, which was bare minimum even then -- hairballs were left in the shower, trash wasn’t emptied, and towels weren’t replaced. We also had breakfast both in the restaurant downstairs, and room service. Both were TERRIBLE: the food was worse quality than a fast food restaurant, and there was the same one man on duty both times, who treated us rudely and degradingly. I wouldn’t return to this hotel unless it were free.

Event Room AC needs to work
Came down for the dart tournment the hotel was holding. It was a very nice hotel but not having AC in the event room was a true test for all of the player. They did try to repair from what i understand but had no luck. It had to be 90 some degrees in the room. Other than the AC not working would visit again.
