HALLWAY SMELLS VERY STRONG CIGARETTE SMOKING
This is a second time I stayed in this hotel because it is very convenience to the airport & city shopping area, parking area is good, except I stayed in the 3rd floor smells a lot of cigarette smoking in the hallway. And the hot top pool is not enough hot, the swimming pool dose not have warm water.

good choice for next time. But may try it’s signature one.
- just 5 minutes from Richmons (by car), very convenient. - Staff at Hotel is helpful. - top floor suite is a bit small and the king bed on teh top 1/2 floor is a bit hot , that’s why there’s a fan up there.
the swiming is a bit cold ... be prepared. luckily it has a hot tub next to it.

Great Overall, with a few quirks...
We were in town for 1 night before heading out on a cruise. The place was very clean and comfortable, desk staff very nice, etc. The shuttle, which runs every 30 minutes rather than on demand, was nice as well. It actually made it easy for us to hop over to the neighboring signature hotel where the rest of our group was without taking a 10 minute or so walk by the freeway. So the quirks...just a few, and only minor issues, but I figured I’d note them. The gym, while being very small but adequate, reaked of chlorine from the adjacent pool. I couldn’t stay in there for more than 10 minutes, and not because of my poor stamina! Finally, an the most amusing/scary/odd thing, was the business center. My wife went up in the morning to check her email before the cruise. The room is a converted hotel room...totally understandable. What isn’t understandable is why someone was taking a shower in there. Hotel staff maybe? Anyhow, my wife didn’t notice at first, until the water stopped. After a minute the bathroom door cracked, but then the showerer realized she wasn’t alone and quickly ran back in the bathroom wrapped in a towel. After ten minutes of camping out, she finally swallowed her pride and made a beeline for the exit. Funny, yes, but could’ve been scary under other circumstances. All in all, it’s a very nice and clean budget hotel by the airport.
