Doubt we will be back
They forgot to clean our room, didn’t go to room upon checking in. Arrived back at 9pm or so and found our room had not been cleaned since the last guest. However the clerk and Expedia took care of my refund since we chose to stay elsewhere for the night. It was credited to my account within 48 hours. Appreciate it.
