not impresed
my husband and i went with our friends and we were all dissapointed.the shower was dirty mildew all over.the entertainment wasn’t good unless you like disco.the food was mediocre and the drinks pricey.they were understaffed but the front desk was very friendly.we won’t go back.

Recommend It
We stayed in the Champagne Tower room November 2007. Loved the private heart shaped pool. Loved the 7ft Champagne glass bath!! It was our honeymoon therefore they treated us even better and gave us free bottle of champagne a few other small freebies. The room is a little outdated for example there was a wall unit heater/ac and no central heating/cooling system although they worked great and kept the room nice and warm. It would be much nicer is it was renovated i.e new carpet. The room smelled a little funny, we bought incense to cover the smell. Breakfast was not too good but dinner was great, we ate steak. Not many activities to do in November because it was too cold therefore I recommend staying here in the summer.

we’ll never go back !!!
my husband and i went to this "romantic resort"for the week-end and i was so dissapointed i’m never going back.the room(diana’s oasis)was tiny,the shower was full of mildew,it smelled and the "pool"was more like a kidney shaped tub!the fireplace was next to the pool and the bed was hard as a rock. the entertainment was lame and boring more like a wedding reception gone bad.the food was mediocre at best,they were understaffed and the breakfast in bed was delivered by a teenager(so late it was almost time for lunch).the pics online were deceiving since they look nothing like the real deal.if it weren’t for our friends we would have either checked out the next day or died of boredom.our friends were as dissapointed as we were.

try upgrading to a pricier suite it may be bigger .or find a cleaner,better place for your money.
