DONT GO THERE, WASTE OF YOUR VALUABLE MONEY!
I booked this place because it has the indoor pool. I paid higher price for this hotel over a hotel that is actually closer to San Cruz Broadwalk and cheaper. By the time we got there, the pool is closed, D! 2nd, our 2 Queen Beds Room looks like a 80’s (old, carpet is flip up in one our room, dim, and old gas heater). The funny part is, me and my girlfriends cant find the heater switch on the temp. knob (where’s the thing that flip left and right). So, I went to front desk and asked where’s the heater switch and how to turn it on. The receptionist told me is that temp. knob on the wall and turn it clockwise. OMG!, this is an ancient! The room is very noisy cuz I can hear the next room talking, ppl walking hella loud at 2nd floor. The walls are paper thin! Unfortunately there is very little nightlife in this area which made for a boring stay there. The beds and pillows are very uncomfortable. This is my worst experience ever! Staff is not friendly at all!

Fair priced hotel with great amenities
My only problem with this hotel is that the heater was broke and I was very cold. Other than that, it is in a great location, offers many amenities and is fairly priced.
Great hotel for downtown. A walking path connects hotel and downtown which only takes 5 mins. Also, 5 min walk to boardwalk.

Never going back
Next time I will pay attention to reviews. The man at the desk slammed the phone down on me when I had a routine question for him about my husband joining us a day after my child and I had arrived. When I saw this desk person later as my husband checked in, the man at the desk said he thought I had booked another room. When I said "No," he insisted that I had told him that I had. After we left, I was indeed charged $4.00 that I didn’t authorize, as other reviews I read stated as well.
