Nice hotel
I was sick when I arrived to London and the hotel staff were very helpful in assisting me to find a physician, giving directions to the clinic and just being nice.

Not great, but there isnt much else around.
Very handy location (for me at least), only a couple of minutes walk from train station, close to most businesses, and right in the middle of the town center shopping mall. Unfortunately Bracknell town center is a run down, shabby looking dump of a place that looks like it has never been updated or maintained since the early 60s, and the hotel entrance mirrors that ambience. The rooms are reasonably large, certainly by the area standards, and not too bad. But in the couple of rooms Ive stayed in the bedspreads looked like they had never been changed or washed and were covered in stains. Ah well, at least the sheets were clean, and bathrooms were clean enough. Dont expect much in the way of amenities, there is a restaurant, a reception desk, and thats it. Restaurant breakfast is buffet style and not too bad. Never tried eating dinner there though; there are several decent pubs a few minutes walk away that are a far better bet for food. If youre in Bracknell on business, this hotel is probably the best you will find without venturing further afield; the location cant be beat.
