Nice Hotel, Good Location
The hotel is very nice and clean. Situated in a nice area and close to shopping and restaurants. The food wasn’t very good, but inexpensive so you don’t feel so bad about it. Staff is nice, but not terribly solicitous. The off site excursions they arranged were excellent but, not inexpensive. Overall a very pleasant stay.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
We took a few day trips to the canal and beach areas. The tour group recommended by the hotel was fantastic! They worked hard to be personable and accomodating.

What to say about the Miramar? well for me it has the confort of a 4 star hotel with the rates of a star hotel. The size of the room was adecuate and the service was as expected. This was my second visit to Panama City and I stayed at the same hotel, very important is it’s location on the city with ocean view and close to the financial district and several shopping malls.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
I strongly recommend taking a boat tour through the panama canal and visit the rainforest resort where you can visit an actual rainforest.
