Good Budget Hotel

I live an hour away so I drove to the Hotel. I dont know anything about bus routes so I can not comment on that. Internet in the Hotel is free but breakfast is not included in the price. Other than that this hotel was ideal for us. Private parking is available in the hotel at a 15 euro fee.

OKay if you need a place to sleep and get out the next day

The hotel room is very dated, it has certainly seen better days, especially for a 4 star. It is very child unfriendly, and for that matter, it is also unwelcome to handicap people. The main entrance has a step and then there are 2 more steps to get to the elevator. So if you are in a wheel chair, or your child is in a stroller...tough luck, and the concierge isn’t helping. The triple room was huge and there were 2 king size beds. The bathroom was old and dirty (some serious updating and/or elbow grease is needed).

good hotel for the price; location not so good

quality hotel for the price, but location is a bit far if you don’t have a car; must take a metro and a tram from midi/zuid station to get there

Great Deal

This hotel was a very good deal. I was impressed with the condition of the hotel and room for what i paid. I stayed at several different hotels all over Europe on this trip and this hotel was the best deal out of them all.

not impressively clean

the hotel location is good,price is good ,a big room but my only concern was the cleanliness of the room..the walls and ceiling were dirty with stains on the walls..the towels and linin although washed(supposedly) they still had stains and didn’ t smell nice.

Fair quality to price ratio

Hotel is quite old and needs refreshment. Furniture looks like 20 years old. I got 2 floors room instead of standard double room in the same price. Nice! Excellent location of tram stop to city center. Staff nice and helpful. I strongly recommend that hotel for tourism purposes. For business, not really :)

Traveler's tip on dining

I recommend Breakfast in Caffe Leffe and frozen or hot chocolade in Neuhaus shop both at Grand Sablon. For lunch or dinner go to Le Char D’or. It is opposite to entrance to passage from Grand Place side.great waiters, atmosphere and tasty food in reasonable price. French fries included! :)

Very Happy with the Service

Besides getting a very comfortable room, the staff was very friendly and hospitable. And the fact that the hotel was right in front of the tram station also helped us a lot.

Nice hotel when travelling by car

Some distance to the city center is nice, if you want to avoid narrow streets and the heaviest traffic. Remember: GPS is a must.

Would prefer it closer to Center of City

Good hotel to the traveler that knows his way around the city.

Excellent Hotel

We stayed in the hotel for just one night. The room was perfect for us. The receptionist was very helpful and spoke good English. He even booked the sight seeing tour for us. Overall the service was impressive.

If you want to see Brussels, book a hop on hop off sightseeing tour.

Good price quality, very bad mattress and pillows

Room was spacious, bathroom outdated, mattress very very bad. In dire need to be replaced. The buffet breakfast was very good and the 15 euro parking a night reasonable. Location was good also.

Reasonably Priced Hotel with Easy Access to Brussels sites

The hotel is comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful - they instructed me how to use Brussels public transportation during my visit which turned out to save a decent amount of money and make the stay more pleasurable. The breakfast is very good.

A reasonable place to stay

Eurostars Brussels was a nice place to stay. The room was large enough for a family of four. It was clean, comfortable, and had the basics. The staff was friendly and multilingual. They were helpful in directing us to the tram stations, places of interest, and restaurants. It was difficult to find as a new driver in Belgium. It is located on the main street, busy; but there is a parking garage available to those who stay at the hotel. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, close to places of interest and great continental breakfasts!
