Good place to stay for day access to Kruger National Park
There is a leopard that comes on to the grounds, many guests saw it down by the swimming pool. You can sit and have cocktails and shine the eyes of dozens of cape buffalo and a couple hippos from the deck bar in the evening.

Make sure you go on a wildlife night drive with Able from the Kruger Gate Park Office. He is a fantastic guide!

great starting point for game safari, especially the early morning ones.

Unhappy Return
We have stayed at this hotel periodically through the years. With this visit the bathroom had a terrible oudor which was not sorted neither were we moved to another room in spite of our complaints. The dinner at the lapa is also not what it used to be - to say the least.
