riu palace punta cana
very nice staff always with a smile. anything you ask for you get it right away we had a problem with the phone in our room and was fixed immediately bottom line is good food good service nice people you should give it a try it’s worth it

Very Good Spot, Beautiful Location
Staff is very friendly and the location is unbeatable. Great spot on the beach and great places to walk along the beach. Highly recommended and a great value considering it’s all-inclusive. Food was pretty good, only thing that should be upgraded is the furniture and mattresses. Mattresses should be replaced - they’re old, frayed, and sag in the middle. Shouldn’t detract from your stay though because everything is beautiful and the service friendly

Wonderful vacation
The hotel and beach are beautiful and the shopping at the hotel next door was enjoyable. No reason to leave the resort.
Traveler's tip on shopping
Do not leave the hotel complex to shop. A woman at the reception desk sent us to a seedy shop in town - it was probably owned by a relative. We felt pressured and uncomfortable and realized later that we overpaid. We’re quite certain she told the shopkeeper how much money we had because she changed our US dollars to pesos before we left the hotel.
