Needs Maintenance
We have stayed at this hotel several times, as our daughter is a student at UNT. It is VERY convenient to the campus, and was recently remodeled--late summer of 2008. However, it doesn’t seem to be being maintained as it should be. On this trip, we had 2 rooms and these were the problems: 1 coffee maker broken, 1 iron broken, carpet coming up in both rooms, over sink light out in 1 room, bedside light out in the other. The continental breakfast is never particularly good. By 8:30 Sat, they had run out of several items, although breakfast is not over until 9am. Seems to be going downhill overall, unfortunately.

The hotel is basic.
The staff are helpful and attentive. The breakfast is very limited.
