good value for money
I stayed at this hotel during Biofach, it was a good value for money. Good location, great service, hotel is a little old overall but it was a pleasant stay. Breakfast is very good.

I would not return
Staff was excellent. We left behind a battery for our movie camera and they mailed to our home in the states. The location of the Hotel is around the corner from a redlight district.So don’t make a wrong turn. The security of the hotel has a lot to be desired. They still have the old style room keys. The name of the hotel and room number is printed on the key chain. Don’t lose your key! No security at back entrance to hotel. We did not feel safe here.

Close to Old Town
We stayed for one night for the Christmas Markets. It is on the edge of Old Town, across the street from the Holiday Inn. It is not a far walk from the train station. The area is very clean and safe, no worries about where you are. The staff was more than helpful. Internet wifi is free which is a big plus. They have a resturaunt with a buffet for 10 euros which was worth it. The room was small, European style, but very clean, and more than adequate. I would stay there again, and can reccomend it for the budget traveler.
