Good Choice
Room is clean. Services is ok. The shuttle services is punctual. Location is convenient, as if you dont want to take the shuttle, you can walk to/from Penn Station, coz it takes less than 10minutes to reach Penn Station. I think it is convenient for both leisure or business. Breakfast is really very simple, and everyday is exactly the same. You will get bored if you stay there 7days like us...
If you would like to have a comfortable stay while visiting Manhattan, i think this hotel is a good choice. Or else, you can choose to stay the hostel/motel in Manhattan, where the rate maybe cheaper, but not so comfortable. Or else, others 3stars hotel in Manhattan will be much more expensive.

Robert Treat is WONDERFUL
I always stay at this hotel. Its familiar and has wonderful services. Parking is never an issue either and its really close to the subway to make getting into New York City even easier. Its a great hotel to stay in and save money.

Great Hotel, close to the PATH!
My stay at this hotel was unbelievable! First of all we got there at 10 in the morning, I asked for early check-in and they were more than happy to do it. (Ive never checked in that early to a hotel without getting charged an extra day!) The room was very clean, and the service was superb! I forgot the code to the safe that I was using in the room and they sent someone up within 5 minutes and had the safe open. Ive never had that great of service ANYWHERE! You are only 4 blocks from the PATH which we used as we were doing everything in NYC. It lets you off at the WTC, and you can catch any subway from there. The staff is super friendly and very very helpful. The surrounding neighborhood is a little shady, but you are right next to a Police Station, and they have around the clock security. If you are looking for a reasonably rated hotel, that is nice, and is close to the PATH this is the place to stay. You will NOT be disappointed!
Purchase a PATH pass. But make sure you buy a 10 ride pass at a Hudson newsstand. If you buy it at Hudsons you will save yourself $4.00. They may not sound like alot, but when you are going back and forth into NYC, it adds up. Between the PATH Pass and the Subway Pass, we saved a total of $30.00
