Let down
My room smelled quite damp and humid and the reason was a tub 25% filled with black, murky water: bio-waste or cleaning solution, that I don’t know. So this compels me to rate the ’Condition and Maintenance of the hotel’ so low. However, they were very good about getting me another room that was much cleaner. Overall, however, the price of the hotel is high enough to hold them accountable for better quality rooms. All in all, stay here if value (relative to the rest of the Gainesville Market) is your primary concern. Otherwise, spend the extra $15 or $20 and get a clean room elsewhere.
